Nourish yourself from the inside out with herbal remedies as we step into darker and colder days. The box includes 6 remedies + seed packet + a complete booklet.
Every remedy has been prepared by hand from seed to harvest, to finding the most local and beautiful menstrums: honey, alcohol, sunflower oil, and apple cider vinegar. All ingredients aside from the glycerine are local to the Hudson Valley. Our prayer is that the folks who receive this offering feel nourished, inspired, and curious to know their bodies and the land more intimately.

Beyond-Organic & Local Ingredients: Yellow Dock (Rumex crispus), Burdock (Arctium lappa) , Dandelion Root and Leaf (Taraxacum officinale), Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), Hudson Valley Maiz Alcohol
Turn to bitters before and after a meal to stimulate gastric juices that support digestion and nutrient absorption. Add a dropperful to a cup of water. Bitters can stimulate peristalsis as well as help release bile and enzymes that help digest fats, carbohydrates and help regulate blood sugar. As this is a nutritive herbal blend we recommend making an overnight infusion in order to get the most minerals and nutrients. Boil hot water and pour over 1 cup of herbs in a half gallon mason jar. Strain and drink this infusion throughout the day.

We harvest organic strawberries at one of our favorite farms Whistle Down Farm. Harvesting strawberries is such a fun experience, especially when you are harvesting with people you love. Everyone is down on their hands and knees looking for the perfect sweet jewels, strawberry juice trickling down your face, hands stained red, and bellies full of sugar. Making jam is part of my family tradition and a key way that we preserve fruit for the winter. I am honored to have the support of my mom in preparing this delicious, low sugar jam for you.
Cleanse and Repair Mask - 4oz
A cleansing herbal clay to remove impurities and help heal damaged skin
Beyond-Organic & Local Ingredients: Yarrow (Achillea Millefolium), Comfrey (Symphytum officinale), Sage (Salvia officinalis), Calendula (Calendula officinalis), Plantain (Plantago major), Tulsi (Ocimum tenuiflorum), Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris), and Bentonite clay
This blend of herbs helps to repair damaged skin through the regeneration of skin cells and tissue. The clay can also be used for poison ivy rashes to help remove oils and calm the itchy skin, and tick bites after tick has been removed, as well as for broken bones or sprains. Apply 1 teaspoon of the clay into a bowl and add a little bit of water until you arrive at your desired consistency, we like a smooth paste

Beyond-Organic & Local Ingredients: Cannabis, Rue, Mugwort, Rose, Lady’s Mantle, Witch hazel, Espinillo, rosehip seed oil, cacao butter, shea butter, olive oil, sunflower oil
Anoint yourself with this powerful blend of magical herbs and oils. Take a pea size amount onto your fingertips and massage onto hands, face, or any parts of your body that are needing deep moisture. A little goes a long way.
Elecampane (Inula Helenium) Seeds
Pollinator loving perennial herb that can grow to 8 feet tall. They will flower in their second year. Start indoors 6-10 weeks before the last frost, sow on the surface, the seeds need light in order to germinate. Transplant after last frost. You can also sow straight into the ground in mid-spring. Sow a few seeds every 18-24” apart. Choose a full sun and well-drained location. Harvest roots from 2-3 year old plants. If you are harvesting roots make sure to plant new plants so that you replace what you harvest.
